PRIVACY STATEMENT in compliance with Order Council no. 196 of 2003

This statement concerns the handling of personal data sent by the user when registering with the site www.sillabe.it.
                                In order to send a request or to ask for further information, Sillabe must receive certain information.
                                Personal data collected by means of registration with the services offered by www.sillabe.it shall be stored in an electronic database owned by Sillabe S.r.l., with registered offices in Livorno, Scali D'Azeglio 22-24. Sillabe will be the owner of such data; it will also be responsible for its processing, in compliance with Italian Order of Council no. 196, 30 June 2003. Therefore, the www.sillabe.it services will be provided exclusively to those who explicitly request them and authorise Sillabe S.r.l. to carry out the processing of their personal data.
                                The names and addresses used to send reply messages are processed by means of computerised tools (even though no specific operations are performed) and will not be disclosed to third parties or be used for purposes other than issuing the requested reply.
                                Each registered user can contact Sillabe S.r.l. at any time in order to verify and integrate, update and correct, and/or exercise any other right regarding such personal data as mentioned in the Order of Council on the protection of personal data (art. 7 of the Italian Civil Code concerning the protection of personal data, Order of Council no. 196, 30 June 2003).
                                Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss and illicit or incorrect use of such data or any unauthorised access to it.
                                We inform users that, in spite of these measures, any messages sent through the Internet such as e-mails and newsletters could potentially pass through several countries before being delivered to the recipients. Sillabe S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised access or for the loss of personal data.
                                Personal data can be divided into two categories: obligatory and optional, as appears in some registration procedures. The supply of obligatory data and its processing for the purposes mentioned above is limited to carrying out the required services.
                                Should the user refuse to provide the necessary data or consent to its processing, he/she will not be able to make use of the services provided by www.sillabe.it.
                                Any other information collected will be used to help Sillabe provide better services. As far as optional information is concerned, it is up to the user to decide.
                                The individuals who have provided personal data have the right to:
                                receive, at any time, the confirmation of the existence or inexistence of the above-mentioned data; be informed of the content and source of such information; verify its accuracy or require integration or corrections, as prescribed by art. 7, Order of Council no. 196, 30 June 2003. 
                                As also described in the same article, users can request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or the blocking of any data processed in ways that violate the law.                                 Each message sent by us upon request includes the instructions for the deletion of personal registration to the service that has been requested.
