Davide Puma. IO NATURA

In Davide Puma’s artistic research, painting, science and poetry converge in a unified vision of the world. His works give form to a constantly changing universe, inhabited by invisible energies, metamorphic creatures and archetypal figures, evoking the mystery of birth, change and regeneration. 

The exhibition design engages with the spaces of Palazzo Vecchio and guides the visitors on an immersive and meditative journey, where art and nature come together in harmonious balance. From this perspective, the garden once again becomes a place of beauty and knowledge, of discovery and reflection.

In the catalogue, contributions by curator Sara Taglialagamba are joined by texts by Chen Zhijiang, Angelo Crespi, Francesca Bogliolo, Annalù Boeretto, Silvio Porzionato, Roberta Coni and Stella Maresca Riccardi, as well as poems and writings by Davide Puma. These words accompany and describe the exhibition (the layout of which is illustrated in a special insert included with the volume) and guide both the visitors and the readers on this journey.
