MARKETPLACE

Through the Marketplace service, our customers can buy products and services directly from other suppliers. The sale of products and services is therefore carried out directly and exclusively between customer and seller, so the sale is contracted exclusively between them. Sillabe limits its role to offering and making the website available to customers and sellers acting as a mere intermediary.

In the event of purchase of products or services offered by sellers separate from Sillabe (an aspect that will be expressly identified on the website and during the purchase process), Sillabe will transfer the data to the aforementioned seller with the purpose of being able to put you in contact with the seller, the transfer of data being legitimised by the existence of a contractual relationship between the seller and you.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

We can give your data to other companies belonging to the corporate group in the European Union for the same purposes for which we collect and obtain your data, for reasons of a corporate reorganization or in the event of sale of a corporate branch.

If you have purchased a product or service through the Marketplace ("catalogue") offered by a seller other than Sillabe, we simply act as intermediaries, so we give your information to the seller so that it can provide the services purchased.

Furthermore, we can give your data to the relevant authorities when it is legally required, in addition to payment platforms, with the aim of detecting and preventing fraud and managing payments in the event that a product is purchased or a service is provided on the Sillabe website.

The company has entered into contracts with suppliers for the provision of certain services (for example IT services, virtual infrastructures, cloud computing, consulting services and integral management of digital marketing actions, etc.), which can access and/or process personal data in their role as data processors. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries located outside the European Union that do not offer an adequate level or do not provide the appropriate protection guarantees.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA FOR?

The company will keep your personal data for the duration of the contractual/commercial relationship and unless you request cancellation (in accordance with the methods indicated in the "Your Rights" section of this Privacy Policy); and, beyond this time, up to the expiry of the mandatory statute of limitations pursuant to the applicable regulations in force.

UPDATES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Sillabe reserves the right to periodically update this Privacy Policy with three (3) days notice to reflect changes in our personal data practices. Cookies

Like practically all websites, ours also uses some cookies. Cookies are small text files that the websites visited by the user (but also other websites or web servers) send and record on the user’s computer (or mobile device), to then be retransmitted to the same websites (or web servers), when the user next visits the website, thus sending information.

Cookies are now fundamental tools as they allow modern sites to function in the best possible way, allowing maximum customization, interaction, and fluidity for navigation. They can also be used to monitor user browsing and then send advertising messages accordingly.

Cookies can be:

  • Session (if they expire at browser closure) or permanent (they remain until the end of a term, even years).
  • First-party or third-party (in this second case they are set by a site or by a web server different from the one the user is visiting at that moment).
  • Technical (necessary, sometimes essential, for a complete - or better - use of the site) or profiling (aimed at creating a user profile, to then send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown by the user during previous navigation).

The Privacy Guarantor considers technical cookies as session cookies, functionality cookies and - only under certain conditions - analytics cookies. More specifically, in the regulations dated 8 May 2014, the Guarantor specified that analytics cookies can be likened to technical cookies only if used for the purpose of optimizing the site directly by the owner of the site itself, who can collect information in aggregate form on the number of users and how they visit the site.

For more information on the types of cookies, features and how they work, please visit the websites http://www.allaboutcookies.org, www.youronlinechoices.com, http://cookiepedia.co.uk and the specific regulations of the aforementioned Guarantor.
