It is an e-book with twenty simple and quick regional recipes, which summarize the variety, imagination, flavors and aromas of our cuisine, seasoned with some suggestions to get to know a little of the climate and atmosphere of the places where these recipes were born. The regional wine to match, two spoons of the music of local composers to cheer the preparation of the dishes, a pinch of films shot in the same region to crown an evening with friends and a pinch of literature to end with a flourish.
