The study looks at the relationship between the basketball players of one of the most popular teams in Livorno from a psychological and motivational point of view.
In fact, Valerui Vergili followed the Pielle team for an entire year trying to shed light on the motivation and sense of belonging to the team of the various players, including the coach and staff.
He succeeded through individual and group interviews to catalyse the players' focus on the ultimate goals of winning games, but also to probe the reasons behind defeats.
An interesting study that can pave the way for those who wish to coach a team for any sport.
