Inside Dalí
A digital art exhibition
edited by Raffaele Nencini
THE UNMISSABLE DIGITAL EXHIBITION THAT CELEBRATES AN ICON OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY
“ In my paintings I have succeeded in giving space substance,” says Dalí.
And this is the purpose of the exhibition, reproduced in the accompanying catalogue: to relive and immerse ourselves in the magic of the stories of the famous Catalan artist. An experience through an itinerary made up of images and emotions compared with artists of the past such as Raphael, Caravaggio and Piero della Francesca. An experiential journey to celebrate one of the most revolutionary and surrealist artists of the twentieth century.
In the catalogue, you can find images from the digital exhibition, out of the 76 works including the Girl at the Window, Atomic Leda, The Madonna of Portlligat, the Persistence of Memory together with four essays by international experts who have studied Dalí under the point of view of cinema, art, cookery beside a connection with Dante's work. In fact, the Spanish artist refers to Dante by dedicating 102 illustrations inspired by the Divine Comedy.
